User Agreement for Proof of Leg Work

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Proof of Leg Work game (the “Game”), the website www.polw.cc (the “Website”), and any related services provided by us (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Game or Website, you (“you” or “user”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use the Game or Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Website and/or the Game, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of the Game

Proof of Leg Work is a game that allows users to collect digital coins (“Plows” or “$PLOW”) through gameplay and interaction with the Website. The specific mechanics of the Game, including how Plows are earned, may be updated or modified by us from time to time.

3. User Accounts

   • Account Creation: To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.  
      

      
   • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.  
      

      
   • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.  
      

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the Website or the Game in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.  
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the Game, or the servers or networks used to make the Website or the Game available.  
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or the Game, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or the Game.
• Use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or spiders, to access or use the Website or the Game, including collecting Plows, unless expressly permitted by us.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or the Game.
• Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent.

5. Plows ($PLOW)

   • Earning Plows: Plows are earned through gameplay and interaction with the Website as determined by the Game mechanics. We reserve the right to modify or change how Plows are earned at any time.
   • Ownership of Plows: Plows are a digital asset within the Game. You acknowledge and agree that Plows do not have any real-world monetary value.
   • Use of Plows: Plows may be used within the Game as determined by the Game mechanics. We reserve the right to modify or change how Plows can be used within the Game.
   • Transfer of Plows: Any transfer of Plows, if permitted, must be done within the game’s intended functionality. Any attempted sale, trade, or transfer of Plows outside of the game may be considered a violation of this agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website, the Game, and all content, materials, and intellectual property contained therein, including but not limited to graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and the Game for your personal, non-commercial use only.  

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and the Game are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website or the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website or the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Website or the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us for access to the Game.  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website or the Game, or your breach of this Agreement.  

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  

11. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or the Game after the posting of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of the Website and the Game.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the Website and the Game, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and us relating to the same.
